“The swan is a lovely historic hotel, service and food were both very good , all staff were really helpful and attentive, we had to leave early but this is in no way a reflection of our stay , we had a lovely time while we were there ”

“We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times. The food was very good (especially the freshly cooked breakfast made to order). Many thanks for a perfect stay!”

“Vi skulle bare bruge en overnatning, så vi kunne komme med et morgenfly hjem. Det fungerede fint. Stort værelse, hvor slt var pænt, rent og ryddeligt. Lidt bøvlet at komme dertil som gående, men det gik med hjælp fra en af lufthavnens flinke servicemedarbejere.”

“I like that: - It’s near this neat old church, for starters. - it has a quaint old English world feel to it, something I’d hoped to experience while here in England for the 1st (& very likely, not my last) time - it has very good service from the workers. Next time, I’ll organize my tour of the university better & when I do, just guess where I’ll be staying ;)”

“設施有點舊，大堂接待人員Nicolas常裝作聽不懂英語似的，請他拿Fork及說明要checkin都表示聽不懂，反而傍邊的同事表示明白。”

“Close to Stansted airport. Bear in mind £4 per trip to and from airport. Breakfast included. So very good for value. In general it’s a but dated. McDonald’s and M&S food hall just a min walk away. For a brief stay to catch an early flight. Very good choice. ”

“雖然是一間小型酒店，但房間整潔舒適，附近有便利商店和少許食肆，還有巴士到市中心，真的很方便。酒店的房價不算特別便宜，但包了早餐，是半自助的，選擇不多，而且不會添加，反而它的即叫即煮早餐(都是免費的）就很豐富了，很飽肚啊！酒店職員也很友善，主動幫我把行李搬上二樓（可能我是女士，這裡又沒有電梯），我們有問題時，他又很樂意解答，因此我很滿意這酒店的服務。”
