“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“The location is perfect. It's very close to Split Old City and most of the places are in walkable distance. The host is very friendly and flexible. Room is clean, toilet is spacious with heating/warm floor. Bed is comfortable and clean.”

“The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. “The property was well appointed with toiletries, nice towels, some amenities eg vanity kit, tissues- needed a shower cap. The only draw back was it was located on the third floor- lots of stairs. It was tiresome in the heat and with groceries to walk up that many flights as an older person. 20-45yr olds would not worry about this. The owner was excellent in helping me- a mature aged traveller. He met me nearby, took my luggage up the stairs and back down, even at 4.45am on morning of my……

“Great location if you wish to be right around old town Split but not in the center where there is more noise and late night clubs/music. The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very attentive, offered to assist with any reservations and recommendations, and even assisted with arranging transfer to Split Airport for the morning we flew out. I would definitely recommend.”

“This location is right outside the Palace but in a plaza attached to it, making it quieter than some hotels inside the palace. The communication with the staff was great, even though there wasn’t anyone onsite. It was clean, comfortable and just what I was needing. ”
