“Overall a grand experience. 1st when we got our room there was something not right and when we explained our requirement the reception staff was very helpful and understanding and next day we were moved to a much better room . Our special thanks goes to Rizlan who went out of her way to accomodate us .And not the least were Ameen and Athman .Breakfast was great and beatiful lobby. Definitely will visit again. And the location of the hotel is very convenient.And our gratitude to breakfast staff……

“位置好，鄰近火車站和兩個主要長途巴士站(CTM和Supratours)。酒店員工友善，房間乾淨，早餐選擇較多(和其他同類型酒店比較)，唯一要改善是早餐時間7am要準時，因一般沙漠團出發是8am，但那天到7:15才開始。”

“套间非常棒，两个房间都很豪华古朴，特别是小花园也是独享的，流水，鸟声，给人一种青松惬意的感觉”

“酒店設計得好，泳池很大，早餐豐富，房間衛生很好，有露台。另一邊是Palace，裡面有一所spa，spa pool拍好好看，還有一家非常隱蔽的意大利餐廳叫othello，可以靜靜的用餐！”
