“The staff were very accommodating. The receptionists were courteous and friendly. The hotel is close enough to the airport and the centre but in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. I walked to the Carrefour and back, along the tree-lined avenue which is relatively quiet and car-free. The spa and hammam is a definite plus, I did the Toubkal trek after my stay and returned to have my treatment and chill by the poolside before my flight back.”

“The location is far from the centre and medina which took dh60 to medina. The air con of the room was not working..we required to change another room or repair it....the staff kept ignoring us..made us very disappointed. The swimming pool is nice and there is a balcony in every room. But overall I won't recommend ppl live in here coz it didn't deserve this price.”

“Wunderschönes im marrokanischen Stil eingerichtetes Hotel, was aber im Detail 5 Sterne meiner Meinung nach nicht verdient. Die Liste ist lang. Nur einige Beispiele: Sehr laute Umgebung bis tief in die Nacht durch Clubs mit Live-Musik oder dem Straßenverkehr. Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, Note 4. Warm gehaltene Speisen sehen unappetittlich aus. Es wird nicht aufgefüllt, was alle ist, auch wenn noch genügend Zeit ist. Die Frühstückszeiten sind gut bis 10.30h. Es fehlt gängiges Geschirr……
