“My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! ”

“Terrible location, nice and modern hotel, poor service, the swimming pool ice cold, best breakfast we had, very relaxing. Location way too far away from Marrakech and almost impossible to get to and from Marrakech if you don't use their free shuttle service that runs twice per day. The value is ok and it wasn't a BAD experience but I wouldn't stay there again. Overall 6/10”

“El Riad está bien, pero la persona encargada de atender el riad, Hafid, nos hizo pasar malos ratos. Empezando, cuando llegamos al riad, un marroquí nos ayudo a encontrar el lugar a 5 cuadras del riad, cuando llegamos nos quizo cobrar 200 MAD una locura para lo que había sido, en ese momento nos abrio Hafid y no nos ayudo en nada, solo nos dijo que a la siguente vez nos pusieramos en contacto con el hotel para que pasara alguien por nosotros.
