“Overall a grand experience. 1st when we got our room there was something not right and when we explained our requirement the reception staff was very helpful and understanding and next day we were moved to a much better room . Our special thanks goes to Rizlan who went out of her way to accomodate us .And not the least were Ameen and Athman .Breakfast was great and beatiful lobby. Definitely will visit again. And the location of the hotel is very convenient.And our gratitude to breakfast staff……

“Having one person playing music during breakfast and the show at the rooftop and during dinner at Nobu, it really makes the difference. At the restaurant the chef came to say hello, the food was excellent and everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly (house keeping-concierge-restaurant etc) congratulations to the GM”

“El personal es muy atento y servicial. En especial Omnia fue de gran ayuda, muy amable y atenta con mi esposa y conmigo. Regresaría donde ella esté. El hotel tiene bonitas instalaciones, pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento.”

“Central location close to mall and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room (junior terrace) was spacious and clean. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and i asked them to make it special and decorate the room which they did in a very basic way, i asked them if they could play happy birthday song at breakfast time for him but they didnt seem to care enough to do it. Overall a good stay apart from that.”
