“I really loved this property. It was about a half mile walk to Music City Center and so it was off the beaten path a bit but that was perfect for me. I enjoyed the walking. “I asked two different front desk staff to show me on the map where the hotel was and neither one of them knew. How can there be workers in a hotel and not know how to read a map. That is a basic for Hospitality staff. So frustrating not to be able to plan where to go when I don't know where on the map the hotel is located. ”
