“We stayed 7 days so the rooms weren't cleaned or linens changed daily or every other day. I made our bed daily. We did have clean towels every other day. The thing that bothered me the most was how dirty the windows were while sitting on the couchs looking out at the scenery. The maids and breakfast staff did not understand english, trying to explain I had a severe pepper allergy and needed to know what was in the breakfast foods was a bit frustrating. “Another great stay. Was in for anniversary celebration. Last time we stayed at the Philadelphia Four Seaaons they brought champagne and macaroons to our room. Not sure why the Philly property did that but Nashville did not. Other than that all was great. ”

“If you want a place to stay at a hotel that has everything you need at home. Great rooms that that is extremely clean, you have a almost fully equipped kitchen (no stove top), daily housekeeping, great bed changes every other day, there also great restaurant with free breakfast and you can get a nice dinner with a happy hour. The hotel is close to downtown but sets back off all the main streets and quiet. I will make sure to stay at this hotel again and anywhere i travel to!!”

“This hotel was an easy walk to Vanderbilt and the staff was super helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean, however, I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.”

“The breakfast was much nicer than most hotels include. The omelets took a while but were made to order. They offered mounds of crisp bacon near the omelet station. Those not wanting to wait for an omelet to be prepared had plenty of other options in the buffet line such as eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, etc to choose from. The happy hour was free each evening ( if you wanted upgraded offerings, they charge $4 per drink to your room) which was a nice touch not to have to spend $25 at a……
