Despite the bad weather cards we were dealt with, (a lot of rain and wind) we easily walked to the Campground and marvelled at the uniqueness of the gingerbread cottages and found some good rainy day hang-out's that I wasn't aware of (especially loved Behind The Bookstore & ventured out on a little bit on a rainy night to listen to live music at Nonan's) The check-in was super easy and we took advantage of the outdoor……

“My friend and I stayed 2 nights in May and found the house to be well-equipped, clean, and perfect for our needs. The TV had a problem but Mike was very responsive and addressed it immediately. Great location, close to everything.”

“This was my boyfriends 45th birthday weekend. We both have never been to Martha's Vineyard and we love taking adventures. Mike was a wonderful host with a beautiful property. The property is close to shops and food. The buses are close and will take you all over. Thank you Mike for being a great host.”

“We had a nice stay at the cottage. The cottage itself was a little bit more rustic than we had anticipated based on photos and description, but worked for us. It’s in a nice setting in the woods that offers a decent amount of privacy, the trade off being it’s at least a 15 min drive to most places of interest. The lofted bedroom area was nice but may be difficult for those with little ones as the sound carries from the downstairs and there is no door to close. There was also no curtain on the……

“Great house with enjoyable blend of spaciousness and cozy appeal. Kitchen was well appointed and great overall aesthetic, layout - roomy for 5. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. There's a super cute 500ft ferry ride ($35 round trip) to get to and from this location so plan for food accordingly!”

“This property exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, the rooms were large, and the very high ceilings added to the feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom was outstanding - whirlpool tub, walk in shower, double sinks, separate toliet compartment. We had a rainy day and really enjoyed the gas fireplace. The location offered quiet and privacy but was convenient. We are only Sunday bikers, but in a few minutes we could bike on a bike path to……

“Was exactly what I expected for our stay on the Island. I grew up on Cape Cod and looking forward to a cozy cottage on the island. The property mgr also lives on the property but I only saw her once when I communicated that the coffee maker broke and was promptly replaced with a new one. Short drive or pleasant walk to downtown Edgartown with its restaurants and shops. Love the outside shower. Was there in September so the beaches are everywhere. Great farms on the island so it's easy and fun……

“Lori’s cottage is a lovely retreat. It’s clean and quiet, had everything we needed, and had cute seaside decorative touches. The loft ladder is steep, but if you don’t mind heights, the king sized bed is worth the climb!”

“It was an enjoyable place to stay in a convenient location. It’s a small, modest cottage next to the hosts who were very friendly, available, helpful and extremely accommodating. We recommend staying here and would stay here again.”

“Classic Martha’s Vineyard beach bungalow with some extra comforts. This place was perfect for my partner and I who appreciate simplicity and classic style. The house was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and relax. The house is a very short walk from ink well beach and from all the various downtown offerings of oak bluffs. It’s also very close to the historic cottage village and we loved taking evening strolls around the area. I recommend the house to couples……

“Cute cottage well updated, close to downtown shops and beaches! Our family enjoyed our trip. Gina was responsive to all questions. It is on a main road but the noise wasn’t bad and the parking with driveway on the side street was great. We enjoyed the yard and outdoor shower especially after the beach. The loft area was quite warm and we were glad we brought our own fan. Thank you Gina for a great stay!”
