“入住前有詢問接送事宜，但可惜因為時差，無法有效溝通。入住手續單純迅速，房間大且乾淨，一開始以為燈光有問題，人員很快就來幫忙，房內的廚房很方便使用，可以自己簡單用點吃的。住宿一切都完美，只是隔壁房客實在很吵，半夜三點都還有吵雜聲，聽清潔人員說是辦結婚的人，因為我們是商務旅行，長途飛行後需要睡眠，但晚上常常被打擾到，甚至還被亂敲門，無法安穩休息。”

“連續住三晚，只有第一天有附上瓶裝水。其中一瓶的瓶蓋還是已經打開有使用過的痕跡。對於這部分有點扣分！”

“I stayed for a week through Thanksgiving 2024, and this was a great value. It felt like a much nicer hotel than the bill reflected. I would definitely stay again.”

“We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.”

“The location for sight seeing is ideal. You are a few steps away from Riverwalk, walking distance to Millennium Park and really close to Magnificent Mile for shopping. The staff is amazing. The general manager was super helpful. My favorite person is Lucas. Ask for recommendation for restaurant from Lucas. He knows everything.”

“Pleasant enough place to stay, but there's never any staff on site and the walls are so thin and aircon/fridge so loud, you'll need earplugs to sleep.”
