“This was our third time staying at this condo. All of our stays have been great! Each time we have stayed here, the owner has made improvements from our prior visit. The condo is on the first floor which makes it easy to load and unload. The unit is also very quiet which makes for a great night’s sleep. “Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend!”
