“From the owners thoughtful communication prior to arrival to walking in the front door, every comfort is catered for. We arrived on a chilly day to a toasty warm cottage. Clear instructions were provided to use the heating, cooling, spa, finding extra towels etc. No guess work was required and meant we could settle in right away. The view is truly breathtaking, especially after dark. The bed linen and towels were top quality. The spa and shower are absolute highlights. We will be back again. ”

“I stayed here after my wedding night, the check in could be a lot better as we did not receive the key code and had to stand outside the property at 11pm calling for the code, other than that it was a beautiful cottage, great views and peaceful. The drive way is extremely steep so a sedan might struggle. ”

“Great location for trains, trams, groceries and cafés, all just a short walk away. Very attentive and helpful host. Comfortable accommodation with quality kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. A few food staples were provided, such as tea, coffee pods, fresh milk, oats and condiments. Large king bed - firmer than our own but still very comfortable. A pull-out single sofa bed accommodated our young granddaughter during a couple of sleepovers. She loved the little garden and the fish pond!”

The location is absolutely stunning, with amazing views of the valley, surrounding wineries and ranges. ”

“Overall it was a good experience, and wonderful that it was pet-friendly. Loved having the fire going! The dog could get under the house (beneath the deck) so that was challenging to get him to come out, and not to eat the seeds/nuts in the garden. One area of improvement could be to block it off. It would also be good if some spare linen and/or washing detergent could be supplied as there was only one towel per person.”
