“This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well.”

“AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. ”

“The service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it. ”

The person we communicated with was very kind and helpful. We also received great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do nearby. The breakfast was tasty and it was wonderful to enjoy it on the terrace. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We didn’t have a car, so traveling with……
