“This Four Seasons was recommended to us by the staff at both the Texas and Boston locations and we were definitely not disappointed. The valet and bell staff were outstanding, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. However, the spa and pool staff more than made up for it… they were exceptional. The……

“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“I asked about recycling and was told that there was no recycling everything was trash. Not a good response. Esmeralda was wonderful at front desk when we arrived. I requested museum tickets but the person at the desk did not know how that was done and promised she would leave a note but we never got tickets. The breakfasts were amazing delicious. Room was very nice.”
