“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Drinks, bartenders, servers and buffet were good. Out of the restaurants only one worthwhile is the steakhouse. Kyoto-bad service and food was subpar. Took them 40 minutes to bring us our ice cream. Next time would just do buffet and steakhouse. Entertainment was great-Jamaican show and Michael Jackson were amazing. Riu party was a waste of time(travel time close to 2 hours) and rarely any reggae music. Beautiful rooms and views. ”

“I was genuinely impressed by the customer service I received at Ocean Coral Springs. Although my stay was short, I was warmly greeted by Phillip, the manager, during check-in. He reassured me that any special requests or assistance I needed would be accommodated to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I felt safe. “We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There……
