“For the rates… this place is NOT worth it. I should’ve booked Holiday Inn. Their rates are lower and I feel that stay would’ve been equal to this one or better. For what I paid, I did not expect the place to be so rundown looking. Front desk phone rings unanswered, AC barely cools and breakfast options were EXTREMELY limited. Their towels are soft and plush though and the bellmen were pleasant. ”

“We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There……

“Value for price paid. The location was convenient for our business trip and for dining options.The room had sufficient amenities. Having a larger table and bedside mats would be appreciated. The bathroom facilities were in good working condition and quite easy to maneuver. Will consider future stays.”

“Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!”

“Kind of funky, but it was a good place to stay for one night. The room was kind of crowded for four people. It was a bit noisy. The pink buildings and having to walk through someone's living room to sign in and get help was interesting, but common in Jamaica. Keyshawn, the young man who helped us, was fantastic! We left some bathing suits there and a week later they were holding them for us in case we ever came back. Super honest!”
