“I was genuinely impressed by the customer service I received at Ocean Coral Springs. Although my stay was short, I was warmly greeted by Phillip, the manager, during check-in. He reassured me that any special requests or assistance I needed would be accommodated to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I felt safe. Phillip even offered to give me a tour of the resort, showing me the restaurants, pool, spa, and beach access. To my surprise, he arranged for me to access my room earlier than the……

“David is a delightful host! Come here for an authentic and relaxing stay in Jamaica. We loved the room, it was plenty of space for 1 adult and 2 teens. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from the balcony, relaxing by the pool, and the easy access to some isolated and heavenly beaches.”

“Number one stunner for rooftop views. Hands down in my opinion. Everything was accommodated perfectly for my stay. I never had any issues asking for clarity, how to get around, and there was staff close by at anytime I needed anything. The communication couldn’t have been better. I went to rest and relax and it was an amazing experience. I was checked in on yet not intrusive in the least. I stayed in the offseason. “Great location close to but isolated from the Montego Bay craziness with beautiful views, facilities, and grounds. The food can be a bit hit or miss depending on the item (I hear this is common with all-inclusive). Staff were mostly super friendly but frequently less than five star helpful and an isolated few were a bit cranky.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Drinks, bartenders, servers and buffet were good. Out of the restaurants only one worthwhile is the steakhouse. Kyoto-bad service and food was subpar. Took them 40 minutes to bring us our ice cream. Next time would just do buffet and steakhouse. Entertainment was great-Jamaican show and Michael Jackson were amazing. Riu party was a waste of time(travel time close to 2 hours) and rarely any reggae music. Beautiful rooms and views. ”

“Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over……
