“The hotel is much more than I expected. It is very beautiful and clean. Everyone that works that we came in contact with was helpful and thoughtful. On our arrival, the original room was next to the kitchen and smelled like fish. We asked for a different room and without hesitation, they moved us. That junior suit was great and had a nice view. We did not have dinner there but we did have a drink and an appetizer. The shrimp was great and I had the Bob Marley, my husband had the purple rain,……

“I celebrated my 50th Birthday on the 12th and spent a week at the SHotel Montego Bay. This was indeed the best vacation ever! The staff at this boutique hotel were excellent and pleasant. Nothing in life is perfect so I will list some things below, but these things did not impact my overall rating. King Suite Ocean View room - was beautiful. The beds were too hard for my taste but I eventually adjusted. The room was very clean and kept clean daily by housekeeping. This is a smaller resort……

“If your looking for a cozy low key vibe … this is your villa . Security was friendly , neighbors, and the host made the stat complete . We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. Highly recommend thia villa .”

“This resort has everything you need & want on vacay... you don't have to leave the property. I shopped at all of the on-site boutiques & bought souvenirs & knickknacks. I literally ate & drank all day long... between room sevice, all of the beautiful restaurants, grills, jerk chicken cart & bars. This was my 1st time staying a Secrets resort, but it definitely won't be my last. Thanks to all of the hard-working staff at Secrets!!! ”

“I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you.”
