“This was a reservation from HELL. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Do not book! Check in instructions on the site state you will receive 48 hours before. “Great location, room was excellent, bed was comfy, felt very safe, gym is fantastic for a hotel and there’s a fireplace!!! Only two quibbles. First, the room was very quiet. The AC is on a motion sensor, so if you don’t move periodically, it turns off. As someone who needs a fair amount of white noise to sleep, I usually run the HVAC fan all night. “The man at the front desk that checked us in and was also there when we checked out was exceptional! I should have got his name. He’s very friendly and compassionated when it comes to kids. He understood how important it was to us that my 20 month old granddaughter got her beauty sleep. The property was clean and in good condition! Beds were comfy, breakfast was good, pool was warm. I have no complaints. ”

“The property as a whole is very clean and modern, and the staff friendly. The bathroom ceiling had minor water damage and the bathroom sink was dripping, but it was otherwise clean. The property itself, however, is very hard to get to, and you cannot make a left turn westbound on Rt. 62 to get to it—an Uber Eats order was cancelled because the driver couldn’t get there.”
