“We stayed at this property for one night and we enjoyed our stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with sweets from the Host and the place was clean. Not as big as we thought it would’ve been but it worked out. The rooftop view was amazing and hanging out on the roof was fun. The neighborhood is in a little sketchy area but the property itself is newly renovated. Although it was a short stay, we enjoyed the stay. The Host was very friendly and responded very promptly. ”

“My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. “We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. “We only stayed two nights in the property and spent very little time there since we were attending a celebration nearby. The location was great, the unit was spacious and comfortable and very very clean. The beds were terrific. We did not take advantage of the pool or the lovely ground outside, but it looks like a very relaxing place to stay and spend some time. We also did not take advantage of the breakfast Buffet, but that looked very nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.”
