“Overall the property inside was comfortable and spacious. The hosts was friendly and responsive. The property lists backyard (which was something we were looking forward with the 6 kids) but it was not useable. Area needs to be cleaned, space had construction materials and collection of broken appliances. ”

“Very fast communication by the host, property was nice and very clean from the inside to out. There was a little hiccup with the permit for the second parking spot but the host worked with me to help me through it. I stayed here with friends, overall the best stay I have had ever and will definitely be booking again the next time I am in the area!”

“This home was perfect for our family gathering. We were in the area for a Family event. We needed 5 bedrooms and this home was nice and spacious. We loved the kitchen! We all felt at home. We could have used a larger dining room table and more chairs, but we used the kitchen island which definitely helped with the extra seating. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Great location and it was a quiet street. ”

“The best host you would ever select. I had 13 friends everyone got a place to sleep, clean house, lots of games available, the patio was lovely. Great comfortable dinning/kitchen area. I loved the cleanliness of everything. I would recommend any day. We will be back coz the 3 days felt rushed we need a week . Thank you Joe”

“Appearance of space looked ok with the exception of those first floor floors. The bathroom in the basement flooded three times. Then we found roaches and ants. Had to call various times complaining and after writing back and forth, they finally credited someone minimal for the grief we went through. Unsatisfied!!!”

“Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. ”
