“We reserved a 1 bedroom suite through Expedia. When we checked in and went up to our room, we had a king studio suite. We went back down and explained what we were expecting due to sharing with our daughter and wanting some privacy. The AMAZING staff understood the situation and checked to see if they had what we had reserved available as it was a rodeo, ren faire and homecoming weekend. Luckily they did and they quickly switched it with no extra cost to us as we had used my credit card rewards……

“We came up to Dayton for a family reunion and we normally stay at hotel. We decided to try a house this year and we are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our family. The house was so pretty and beautifully decorated inside. It was very clean and they had everything we possibly could have needed and more. Our family drinks a lot of water and I was thinking we were going to have to go out a buy bottle water but they had a 5 gallon water that was available and some cold bottled water.……

“This property is an old facility but is maintained very well. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It is a quaint motel. Was a step back in time that I can appreciate. Room still had actual keys to the doors. The front desk was still operating with hand written details rather than technology. We would stay again. ”

“We arrived ate (about 9pm) but we were still welcomed warmly by the desk clerk. We got to our room and no "surprises". The room was clean, well maintained, and odorless. The batroom was clean without mold. We has a good nighr's sleep, had a nice breakfast (bagels were very fresh) and were off.”
