“Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly hosts. Family room was fantastic, all together but a dividing wall and door for privacy if needed. Each side had its own tv and bathroom. Oh and a seaview to die for! I would highly recommend this guest house. ”

“We have stayed in The Royal before it was quiet everyone was friendly , the food was nice . Our room was very clean . We very much enjoyed our stay . We will definitely be back again . ”

“Lovely stay . Rooms ample size , reception staff and bar staff very friendly and helpful, evening entertainment was great . Very close to the beach and pier and shops .Only downside was the noise from traffic if your room is on the front of hotel as no double glazing as its an old building, otherwise perfect. ”
