“Location excellent, staff were lovely and very helpful, pool area great, beach beds shaded under coconut palms. Sea had a lot of weed but still fine for swimming. Food was good and they set up the dinner dining area in different locations including twice on the beach which was magical. ”

“My husband and I split our time in Zanzibar between two places. Our first stay was a the KonoKono resort and in the over water villas. It was absolutely fabulous and honestly the nicest hotel room/villa we have ever experienced. We felt totally spoilt by the hotel and well looked after for our stay. The food was delicious! “eden paradise er er super dejligt lille hotel med en dejlig have og få minutter til stranden. jeg har boet her i en hel måned og har nydt mit ophold her. der er dejligt rent og en mega hyggelig lille paradis have. sandra gjorde alt hvad hun kunne når strømmen af og til går. og det gør den tit- men det gør den overalt på zanzibar. der var to piger ansat til rengøring og madlavning og jeg havde intet at klage over. et dejligt lille hjørne i michamvi og stille og roligt sted. ”

“ Wonderful Stay at Maya Hotel Resort! I had an amazing experience at the Maya Hotel Resort during my 7-day stay. My first impression wasn’t the best, as we arrived at night, and I couldn’t see the ocean because the tide was out. “El hotel en sí es precioso. La piscina es una de las mejores que hemos visto por Zanzibar y el hotel es grande y las instalaciones son amplias y muy cuidadas. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando nada más llegar, hay un cartel dando la bienvenida en italiano (debajo en inglés, en pequeño, cuando todos los hoteles es todo en inglés). Desde el recepcionista, hasta quien limpia, quien atiende en los bares, restaurantes, en la tienda de souvenirs del hotel y quien vigila habla italiano. Tienen un acuerdo……

“The property is very quiet and located right on the beach. Beautiful views and friendly and accomodating staff. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious. Only downside to this property is that there is not 24/7 staff at the front desk and obtaining extra bottled drinking water from the hotel is not easy. Overall would highly recommend. ”
