They expressed great concerns and did everything they can to make us feel that they cared ! Kimberly went above and beyond , she called the very next morning after our scheduled check out spoke with me in a concerned and caring matter assuring me and assured that she will following up and that if there was any problem with my refund with my Expedia to call her . There was no need……
