“When we arrive at the room the room had not been cleaned, there was hair everywhere, the condition of the room, which I took pictures of, was poor and no plug for the bath, I told the staff about the room and they cleaned it and apologised but this should have happened ”

“Unfortunately Hotels dot com double booked the room so my "guaranteed" booking was in fact not guaranteed and I had no bed for the night!! H.C knew about the lack of availability 2 days before I was told (1 hour before check in). So, with no time to find a alternative my weekend was ruined. I must stress this has nothing to do with the hotel, I just suggest you use a different company to book. ”
