“Attended a wedding at Hensol Castle and stayed the night at The Vale. The shuttle buses between both venues offer a great service. The room was lovely and had everything you would need. And the bed was huge! I didn’t get the chance to eat at the Vale but my family did the night before and said food was great. ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“The room was well equipped including 2 chairs and a small table. There was a fan, iron and a room safe which is rare in the uk. The hotel was great value for money. The pool looked very enticing but we didn’t have time to use it due to outside commitments. I would definitely recommend this hotel”
