“Very comfortable, top floor, modern apartment with plenty of space for four of us in heritage home. The home retains its original, creaky stairs (3 flights up), but the apartment itself has been nicely updated with a good kitchen and nice, large deck. “Anything that went "wrong" is to be expected of an old house: thin walls and windows, creaky floors, doorknobs you kinda have to fiddle with. My group loved it. It was such a cozy stay in the type of house that is so unique to the Northeast. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of downtown.”

“The communication with the host was not good. Even though I had planned to arrive after check in time which is 3pm, I still did not have my check in instructions by 8pm. The property states free parking, yet there are only 2 hour free parking availability with signs posted. The apartment was up 3 flights of narrow stairs which is not in the listing.
