“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“Interesting older home and neighborhood to explore. Close to many attractions. Very dog friendly with small fenced yard. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay. We will book again when we return to KC”

“10 out of 10: From the near immediate responses to the comprehensive digital guide book to the location to the details within the home/yard, everything was perfect. You can tell these property owners have been doing this awhile as every need is anticipated. The home made me feel nostalgic for my childhood, yet it had modern twists. If I had to complain about something to attempt to show fairness, I couldn't. We will definitely stay with Cozy in KC again. ”
