“Stayed one night. Staff were great. Fantastic breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area nice. Room was kind of old musty smelling. Older room for sure. Small. Bed was good. Elevator out on check out which was a huge pain with mobility struggles for my husband and all our stuff. Everyone going up and down stairs at same time. Too expensive for sure but you’re paying for downtown KC. ”

“I'll start with my top dislike, which is the room switch they decided without telling me or giving me the option to cancel my reservation. My husband has a knee injury so climbing stairs to the second floor was painful, but he accepted it.
