“after I received the paperwork for the car, I was told to go to the back door with my luggage and the car will be waiting there when I got to the back door. There was no car. I waited for five minutes then I noticed there was a car parked, and the other side over here. I was told to wait. I went over to the car and the girl that drove the car there just asked me if this is my car. I said it looks like it she left the car started and left didn’t tell me anything about how to use the car how to……

“Under rennovation but staff more than compensated. Does not have an executive lounge. Dont pay extra for the snacks drink pkg. Not worth it”

“I didn't want to stay in a big hotel, so I chose the Inn. I am not disappointed! The Inn is charming and has so much character! The Damon room has a beautiful view of the street. It was comfortable and quiet! I didn't have to hear doors slamming and elevators dinging. Craig gave me all the info that I needed. I will definitely stay here again the next time I head to Cleveland!”

“It was close to where our sons tournament was, but we were given keys to a room that had ladders and maintenance equipment strung about. The front desk clerk apologized & made it right by quickly assigning us another room, but that one wasn't very clean, the deadbolt was broken, & a number of lamps did not work. ”

“I had no issues whatsoever. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast food was tasty and plentiful. Location itself is quiet, and having the extra door in the room that adds a sense of privacy but also blocks hallway noise is awesome.”
