“Old school cool. Redding is hot in the summer, the A/C blew cold consistently. Still be upgraded and remodeled, but the upgrades are nice. We'd definitely stay here again.”

“It was a quick check in staff was wonderful. She gave me all the information quiet room, clean room spacious room, comfortable bed good lock system. It looks renovated and new. Very clean. I come back again.”

“Check in was smooth, restaurant was great. Actual rooms are functional but could do with some updates”

“Property is visibly older but very well maintained, clean and equipped with all the modern day conveniences (fridge, microwave, coffee station, wifi). Its just off one of the surface streets so once or twice we could hear traffic but not in any way disruptive. Right off the freeway, perfect. Pricing was perfect for us. If you're looking for reasonably priced, convenient location with basic essentials this is a good spot. But if you're looking for bargain basement pricing with Ritz Carlton……
