“Wife and I were looking for quiet solitude with a view and that is exactly what we got. Though small as described, it provided everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were able to split our time 50/50 at the house and out at our favorite places in this area (Crane Creek, Reece Orchard, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, and Amicalola Falls). This is the mountains, so we knew to bring a vehicle w AWD, and the drive up the main road was easier because of that. There are other houses (3?) within view……

“Amazing atmosphere inside and out...great attention to detail, very accommodating. Hot tub and firepit were highlights along with the full moon rising over the river. Fishing was the only struggle... complicated by periods of rain and running of the generators for the dam.”
