“The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. “The condo was perfect for my mountain bike weekend. I rode my bike over to Sugar Mtn and walked to the fantastic Mexican restaurant at the end of the day.”

“It was such a cute condo, very homey and welcoming. I'm extremely sound sensitive and I don't know if it was because it's summer and the off season, but I couldn't hear anything at night which was great. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely community, everyone was pleasant. We will definitely come back!”
