“A really lovely boutique hotel with modern rooms and a light airy feel to the hotel. We travelled by Amtrak so it was super convenient. We had a problem with our room the first night but it was sorted really quickly and the staff were genuinely keen to ensure we were happy. On the Friday night guests were invited to meet in the lounge area for wine and nibbles and to mingle with other guests. It was really nice and we chatted to some fellow travellers! The rooms are very small but comfortable……

“This turned out to be a wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara! We were within walking distance from State Street where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The house itself is in very comfortable and well equipped! The garden area in the back is just delightful! We would definitely stay here again if in Santa Barbara. Dawn was a great host and left lots of ideas for places to go and eat.”
