“The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at.”

“The property was exactly as described, 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 6 people in total. Very spacious & light. 50” TV with Netflix, free internet, large bathroom with bath, shower toilet & washing machine, additional separate toilet room. Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & crockery. Plenty of hanging space for clothing, iron, ironing board & clothes airer. In a good location, only 15 minutes walk to main market square, 30 minutes walk to Wawel Royal Castle……

“Convenient in transportation, 3-5 minutes walk to the train station and another 10 minutes walk to the Square Market. There are some nice cafes and restaurants on the same street as well. The apartment itself is spacious, quiet and with everything you need, even a dishwasher and a washing machine. It is a pretty new residence so everything is in good condition. Recommended!”

“The property was exactly how it looked on Expedia, absolutely stunning, a beautiful apartment. “Excellent 4 night stay at the loft hotel. Staff were brilliant, room was really clean and the location for getting around was perfect. Only suggestion for improvement would be to put some drawer units in the room to put socks / underwear and t shirts as it’s not ideal living out of a suitcase for 4 days. “Location in the heart of Jewish Kazimierz District, lots of nice cheap restaurants around. You can explore the Area on foot easily, and walking to the Old Town is only 15 min away, which may be less than the waiting time for the Tram! The apartment itself is very nice & super clean. “The hotel is not very suitable for the guests need to do laundry as they only have wash machine and no dryer. Also, the heater is broken too, and the reception only works from 8AM to 10PM, the location is also far to city centre, I would strongly recommend to pay a bit higher in krakow to experience this amazing city. "Good value for a four-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and helpful. Originally paid for breakfast but could not make it due to sudden arrangements. The hotel was kind enough to offered alternative choices, so we could have some food to eat in very early morning."
