“This little Vrbo was perfect for us to spend an evening to rest our heads while we traveled through! Small snacks and some breakfast options were available along with some bottles of water for our stay! Easy check in and good communication from the host! Thank you! ”

“Ok so this listing is advertised as being “in the downtown area” so you would assume it to be in a nice neighborhood. But it is not. The neighborhood is full of boarded up houses and vagrant people just walking around constantly. Also the host advertised that this location slept 3 people and had a “pull out bed” in the living room sofa, neither were true no extra bedding for the 3rd guest he slept with no cover. Couch was just a couch. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Chipped tile heading into……

“This home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and everything was new. The home has everything you need, kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils. The screened in porch provides a nice relaxing space for your morning coffee. There were so many extra touches to make you feel welcome. The organic homemade sourdough bread was amazing! Communication with the host was terrific, he reached out the day of check-in. There was a brief power outage as Duke energy was working just outside……

“Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. ”

“You need to make sure you have the lock combo before you check in. The owner thought it would be sent automatically. Nonetheless the rental was very clean and we were quite comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our week long stay in this home. It is very close to downtown Waxhaw, enabling us to walk to local restaurants and, of course, get ice-cream in the evening!The house was had everything that we needed during the week. Couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely try ro reserve space here when we have another extended stay in Waxhaw. ”
