“The staff is always very friendly and rooms are so clean. Water pressure was down so they moved us to a better room , very accommodating. We always stay here when visiting Beaumont ”

“I went there after reading the reviews, but it turned out that it wasn’t like that. The button for the elevator to the first floor didn’t work. The smell in the hotel is very strong. I won’t be back! Would not recommend to my friends!”
“At the time the elevators did not work. We had to use the service elevators. Despite that little problem the staff and the rooms were amazing. Every one from the breakfast staff helping you to the house keeping.every staff member we interacted with on the service elevator was so nice and helpful ”

“The bathroom door striker could not click into its hole making the bathroom door unable to lock. I believe the fan blower motor in the room with the two beds rattled a little too much. Other than those issues it was a nice spacious room and nice hotel. ”
