“Pleased they offered Pet Friendly rooms. The rooms were not accessible from the outside and being on the 3rd floor indoors was a bit of a hassle for potty breaks, but overall it worked out. The facility lacked atmosphere. Room was just the basics and felt unwelcoming. Artwork would be nice, and the painting of walls throughout facility needed more professionalism. “Property was clean, staff was nice and the only gripe would be the pillows were too overstuffed. So hard on my neck. ”

“The room was smaller than what the picture showed. Room had a funny smell, could be due to it was located by the pool and it was very humid outside. I didn’t like that I booked two rooms with the same amenities but when I got to the hotel, my other party was split from us and stayed on the opposite side of the building. I made the reservations together for a reason. ”

“The property was fine. However, I was offered early check-out in the app as I completed the pre-check-in process. I declined it, but then changed my mind. When I arrived at the desk, the desk clerk was on the phone correcting a billing issue. Instead of politely greeting me, she pointed to a chair and told me to take a seat and wait. When she completed the call, she did say hello, and when asked if I could have early check-out she said it was not allowed. I did not dispute her statement. The……

“I thought it was a very nice room but all the amenities weren't in working order, such as the hot tub. They said the heat pump was out on it. I was really looking forward to getting in it, but the hot tub and the pool both were cloudy. The water looked really clear and blue in the pictures online but more like blueish algae in person. Breakfast was really nice and had a great selection to choose from. All in all it was pretty good stay.”
