When I arrived at the desk, the desk clerk was on the phone correcting a billing issue. Instead of politely greeting me, she pointed to a chair and told me to take a seat and wait. When she completed the call, she did say hello, and when asked if I could have early check-out she said it was not allowed. I did not dispute her statement. The……
