“The room and bathroom were very clean, room was big, personal at reception were very helpful, polite sweet and serviceminded, in the room was hairdryer and tv, gel for shower, but there wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner. Breakfast was not buffet, but menu. ”

“The stuff is rude and arrogant, maybe because they have many big cooperation partners and they don't care about individual guests like us. The first day they provided us a wrong room type and they found this mistake the other day, and they asked us to move at once! We didn't even have breakfast and we were in a hurry to go out. Since we left in such a hurry, we left some our belongs in the previous room, when I came to the reception asking for help, they treated me very badly. Never, ever want……

Stanza caldissima, il condizionatore non funzionava, abbiamo chiesto informazioni e la risposta è stata "non era ancora stato acceso il sistema a livello generale". La……

“I would definitely stay here again. Half way between Cathedral and Train Station. Easy spot for day trips. Nice curtains to turn the room into a dark cave. Room had AC. Very secure. I was a little confused how the access would work before I arrived, but once you understand what they are doing, it makes so much sense. Security to outer street doors.
