“We were disappointed with the house. The access to the beach was much more difficult then led to believe on the website. The house was dirty when we got there so we called the management company and they send another cleaning crew out. The dishwasher wasn't anchored to the cabinet causing a it to slide in and out of the cabinet, Numerous lights were out, sliding glass doors were off the track a tv was broken. In all the house was neglected would not recomment .”

“We take a yearly summer trip to Corolla and this house was great and on the "nicer" side with an upgraded vibe. The place was perfectly sized for our family - 3 grandparents, 3 adults, and 3 kids (4, 11, 13). Pool was a hit and had a larger pool than most rentals we have stayed at! We always drive to the beach and havent taken advantage of the communityamenities during any of our stays but they look nice. Over all the house was clean with the exception of some spiders throughout the house and a……

“The house was clean and comfy and in a great location. Close to the beach and stores both. The only negative was the top floor where the family room was required an additional in-room A/C unit to keep it cool and it was quite loud. Other than that, a great beach house. ”

House does not accommodate 12 as it was listed, we made it work with the help from Ms. Barbara she was very polite, caring and made sure we had everything to make our stay was pleasurable. I’m aware the property was pet friendly the carpet caused have been cleaner. All in all we had a great stay.”
