“This property was perfect for our family vaca to OBX which included our two dogs for the very first time! It was the first pet friendly property we’ve stayed in and we were very satisfied with the house and all it had to offer. The short walk to the beach and the outdoor shower upon return from the beach were two big positives. We had an AC issue on the first two floors and as soon as we contacted the maintenance staff they were out to fix it. Overall, we were very pleased. We would definitely……

“Great location (very short walk to the beach) and very well laid out house! The common spaces were ample and we really appreciated the screened in dining porch off the kitchen. The kitchen itself was surprisingly well appointed and organized - one of the better rental house kitchens we’ve had. The kids loved the layout of their room (and we didn’t need it but there is a pack and play there as well). Check-in and a call to maintenance were easy (and maintenance came within an hour to address……

“The house was perfect for what we needed on this vacation. It wasn’t very warm outside, but the weather was gorgeous so having the hot tub open was a HUGE plus. The hot tub and the pool were very clean and they even had a guy come to do maintenance on it while we were out sightseeing. Towels were provided and the washer and dryer was functional, no issues. The dishwasher is super quiet which is nice. Considering how updated the appliances were in the kitchen, the coffee pot was the most heavily……
