“Charles was an excellent host who addressed any issues we had immediately. The location was not right on the lake but was just a short walking distance. April Sound has many amenities including large pools, hot tub, golf and tennis courts.The condo was clean and comfortable but could use some updates but overall was functional and met our needs. “Our family came in from out of state to celebrate Thanksgiving and attend the A&M vs t.u.game. The condo was great and perfect for what we needed. It was our first time staying in the Montgomery area on Lake Conroe and it was fantastic. Condo is in a gated community, easy to get in and out. A few of us went on a walk and a few went on a run around the community. Location for driving back and forth to College Station was convenient and will come back in the future as an alternative to staying in……
