“Being steps from the ocean AND near the Shops at Venetian was awesome. Cherie is such a great host. She managed expectations about work in the common areas during our February stay. The renovated lobby and courtyard are looking great. She was very responsive and accommodating as small issues occurred. We look forward to returning to this property. “If this home is available and fits your size needs, I would highly recommend booking! The neighborhood is gorgeous, the house is beautiful/clean/thoughtfully laid out/comes equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable! It is even larger than it appears in the pictures. The outdoor space (living and kitchen and dining, and pool area/spa) were so beautiful and relaxing. Its location is close by to beaches, dining, shopping, and groceries. It is a quick trip to the Mercato as well as……

“Overall the house was okay. For the price I would have expected better. Right off the bat the front door handle broke and we had to fix it. We also had to go buy light bulbs for one of the rooms. It is an older house, not all the outlets worked, and the house never really cooled off. I slept on the couch because the master bedroom was too hot. The shower drain had hair in it (surely not the owners fault) and also, there is no bathroom door. As a woman in a family of all males, that information……

“We stayed at this property for the month of February, and have only good things to say. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to all attractions. We enjoyed the access to Park Shore beach and the walking path. Property manager, Samantha was attentive and quick to respond to just a few requests. The backyard is drenched in sunshine and the pool wasenjoyed.We hope to be back at this home again!”

“The moorings villa is a lovely property. We were so pleased to call it home for a month this past winter. The beautiful pool and spa surrounded by a lush patio garden was a favorite gathering space every day. The kitchen/family room area was our command center. The bedrooms especially the beds were the most comfortable ones in any rental property we’ve stayed in. You really felt like you were home.
