“Homelessness in the area was unexpected, but I experienced no panhandling or intrusion. Lots of local shopping and quality restaurants. Not far from city center but the walk is rather uphill and strenuous. The newly renovated apt style room was stylish, roomy, clean and well appointed. If you are fit and need no onsite services it was a great deal. I would definitely return. ”
“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.
But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not????
Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
