The host was very kind, attended to the issue to repair the washing machine.Suggestions--Remind the upstairs renters that other guests are in the apt below--it is very noisy and it seemed like both sets of upstairs guests used the washer/dryer all of the time at all hours. “We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. “I want to start by saying we gave feedback to the owner and he was receptive. When we checked in the place was not fully cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty. The one good fry pan had baked on food, floors were dirty. The place itself is nice and is still being worked on. Comfortable living area. Rustic. Lovely views from 2nd floor. There is no paved driveway, so if it is raining there is mud. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels/linens. Very close to Bainbridge and convenient for the Clinton……

“The apartment was safe and clean. Check in and check out process was simple. Everything worked and I was so grateful to have laundry and good A/C. I had some trouble with the Internet being reliable but I didn’t ask the owner for help. I put 4 stars as the beds were not comfortable and the place was a bit musty due to the humidity, although running the A/C helped a bit. ”
