“Spent a pleasant night with my wife at The Talbot Hotel and we were well looked after by Craig and his colleagues. The hotel dates back to the 1600s and is very atmospheric and full of history. Although no evening meal was available the full English breakfast in the morning was excellent. Would stay again.”

“The Knighton Hotel is quiet and well-located. Unfortunately, they don't do meals, although they do have a coffee shop, which I didn’t try as I was out allday walking. The evening I arrived there was a leak through the inspection hatch in the ceiling of my room. When I reported it I was instantly moved to another and larger room (turned out the leak was coming from the shower in the room above). Good service there. “My only critism is that it was not easy to find. I was hoping to arrive in daylight but had hold ups on the motorway so it was pitch black and although Tom Tom got me to the right place there was no indication that told me where the farm house was. A few lables for the B&B would help. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay”
