“This was the perfect home base for exploring the island. Peter was great to work with!”

“Fantastic property! We were a group of eight, four adults and four young children, and had a blast staying at this home for almost a week. The house was perfectly clean and very well stocked; the outdoor grill and griddle were so helpful for cooking for a group. The kids loved having a very quiet gravel loop right out front for bike riding and an outdoor basketball hoop and play structure. We all appreciated the ambience of the chickens, horses, and donkey. “Spruce chalet was great little spot to stay in Acadia for our 3 teen (14, 14, and 16)boys and us. Close to the park and downtown Bar Harbor. Great water views! The house really had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Peter was very responsive for anything that came up. ”

The kids enjoyed the large back yard, and the adults enjoyed a game of touch football while overlooking the ocean. The house is very well kept and very clean. There are lots of things to do in the area without traveling far. This is definitely a nice place to enjoy a family vacation! ”

“Rocky Haven was the ideal spot for our Maine getaway — peaceful, private, and just a short drive from Acadia and Bar Harbor. We loved starting and ending each day by the water, whether paddling on Toddy Pond or relaxing on the screened-in porch listening to loons.The cottage had everything we needed, clean, well-stocked, and super comfortable.
