“Clearly this property is a shelter over flow which does not bother me however it would have been nice to be informed ahead of time. The room was clean but there was not enough towels for the amount of beds. ”

They are undergoing some renovations right now, in particular the main lobby area; the entry and concierge desks are currently relocated but there are no construction sounds or dust which was great! Heater in the room worked immediately/very effectively and my only main concern was the fan in the bathroom which was super loud. Bed was soft & very comfortable, and the staff were……

The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked……

“This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade. Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all……
